Описание

Hardcore Breathwork & Meditate is two quiet tools on one black screen: breathing patterns to follow, and a meditation timer with a bell.

BREATHE (iPhone)
Pick a technique and a length, then follow the wave. It rises as you breathe in, rests on holds and falls as you breathe out, and gentle haptics guide each change, so you can close your eyes or lock your phone.
• Calm: Cyclic Sighing, Resonance, Extended Exhale, 4-7-8, Six Sounds (Liù Zì Jué)
• Sleep: Bee Breath, Turtle Breath
• Focus: Box Breathing, Alternate Nostril, Ocean Breath
• Energy: Breath & Hold, Kapalabhati
• Train: Control Pause, a simple breath-hold measure
• Quick Reset: 4-7-8 in about a minute
• A 3-2-1 countdown, then a Live Activity on your lock screen

SIT
• 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute sittings
• A temple bell at the start and end of every session
• The ending bell rings with your phone locked, even on silent
• On Apple Watch, bells are gentle taps on your wrist
• Music or ambient sound from other apps keeps playing underneath

Every session ends quietly, with one short line to take with you.

PRO
One purchase, on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Yours forever.
• Every breathing technique, plus a soft breathing sound that follows your breath
• Six more bells: deep gong, singing bowl, tingsha, bonshō, rin and crystal bowl
• Interval bells and any session length
• Sessions saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes (iPhone and Apple Watch)

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
• No account, no sign-in, no subscription, no ads
• No streaks, badges or reminders nagging you to come back
• No guided voices or background music
• No tracking. Nothing is collected.

Fast breathing and breath holds can make you dizzy. Never practise them in or near water, while driving or standing, and ask a doctor first if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
