GRAVTY is a strength training log built for the gym floor. Log a set in seconds, see exactly what to lift next, and let your progress speak for itself.
KNOW WHAT TO LIFT NEXT
GRAVTY reads your last session and suggests the weight and reps for every set. Built in progression system: hit the top of your rep range on every set and it tells you when it's time to add weight. No spreadsheets, zero guessing, full progression.
LOG FAST, NO INTERNET NEEDED
• Tap to complete a set, with your last session's numbers right beside it
• One rest timer that starts the moment you check a set, with a bell when it's time to go
• Works fully offline, so a basement gym with no signal is never a problem
• Warm-ups, drop sets and failure sets, in kg or lb
BUILT AROUND ROUTINES
• Create your own routines or start from a ready-made split
• 1,100+ exercises with images and muscle groups
• Add your own custom exercises
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Personal records celebrated the moment you set them
• Workout history, volume and strength trends
• Body weight and measurement tracking
• Smart recommendations on the home screen: when to deload, which lift has stalled, what to train next
APPLE WATCH
Log sets and run your rest timer from your wrist, with live heart rate during the workout. Finished workouts are saved to Apple Health.
YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY
• Use it without an account, or sign in with Apple or Google to back up and sync across devices
• Import your history from Hevy or Strong
• Delete your account and data any time, right in the app
