Copperrun puts an entire low-voltage DC cable route on one clear line. Add up to seven loads by their one-way distance from the source and nominal watts. Choose a 12 V or 24 V supply and a copper AWG size. Copperrun estimates voltage at each tap, the drop across each cable segment, and nominal source current.
Change the route whenever plans move. Compare the same loads with the next heavier copper gauge. If you have a cable data sheet, enter its DC resistance in ohms per thousand feet instead of using the representative solid-copper value. Save multiple named routes on your device and export a real PDF route sheet with the load table, calculations, and method notes.
The estimate assumes constant nominal power divided by the supply voltage and two-wire copper resistance at 20 °C for the built-in AWG values. It does not account for startup current, temperature rise, connections, cable ampacity, or real equipment behavior. Check the cable data sheet and installed conditions. Copperrun is a planning aid, not an electrical safety or code assessment. It does not recommend a wire size.
One upfront purchase. No account, ads, analytics, tracking, subscription, cloud processing, or developer-server upload. Saved routes stay on your device. Sharing a PDF uses the iOS share sheet when you choose it.
